Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to the Mansfield township daily, and surroundings areas at least once a week. During checkout simply enter your postcode & suburb to find out if we deliver to you. Alternatively give us a call on 03 5775 2255 and speak to the online store team and we can confirm delivery dates and times.

Will you charge me more for substituted items?

No. If we have to substitute something for you, you will recieve a comparable or better item for the same, or cheaper price.

Can you deliver to my lodge?

Yes. During winter we deliver to Mt Buller six days a week. During the off season we deliver to the mountain once a week.

I can't seem to find X item online?

If for any reason you cannot find something you are looking for, please add a comment in the "Notes" section while checking out. Alternatively once you have placed you order you can simply respond to the order email with whatever you were unable to find, or even just give us a call on 03 5775 2255.

Can I modify my order after placing it online?

No, after the order is placed online only we can modify it for you. If you need to change quantities, add or remove items, or cancel the order entirely. Please respond to your order email, or give us a call on 03 5775 2255.
