The secret of the Embers is in its simplicity. Just three Australian ingredients: chillies, vinegar and salt; no artificial anything and no sugar. However, only Jay and Cam know the exact recipe for The Embers Hot Sauce and it’s a secret they guard closely. Today, The Embers is winning a passionate following from smoky hot sauce lovers everywhere and the occasional falafel eater.
