Made for ages eight months and up, these mixes are iron enriched^ and contain no artificial flavours. Top with sliced strawberries and a small amount of yoghurt for dipping.Ingredients
Organic Flours (97%) [Wholegrain Oat Flour (73%), Sorghum Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Rice Flour], Organic Strawberry Powder (2.7%), Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Mineral (Iron).

Preparation Instructions
MIX: Whisk 2 tablespoons of pancake mix + 1 teaspoon of oil or melted butter + 3 tablespoons of full cream milk. Mix for at least 30 seconds until thickened (add slightly more milk if batter is too thick). Rest batter for 60-90 seconds until the mixture is fully incorporated and smooth before cooking. COOK: Pour mixture into a pre-heated, non-stick pan on medium heat and cook for approx 60-90 seconds until bubbles form on top, or until golden brown. Flip and cook for a further 60-90 seconds until evenly browned. SERVE: Serve on its own or with your little one’s favourite additions - we suggest sliced strawberries and a dollop of yoghurt.

Storage Instructions
After opening store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 2-3 weeks of opening. Settling of the pancake mix and formation of soft lumps may happen over time.
