Description

Colección range of wines express a marked fruit style showing a pure varietal character with traces of the unique terroir. In the vineyards we work to get a balanced ripening and concentrated berries. Harvest is manual, juice goes
through a pre-fermentative maceration process at cold temperatures to extract fuit and color while softening tannic influence takes place. Fermentation takes place in stainless steal tanks.

Tasting Notes

Red berries outstand together with sweet plum. Ripen tannins soft but well structured make this wine easy to drink and very enjoyable.
